Hand shaped and naturally fermented artisan sourdough breads with rye starter.
Varieties range from: whole wheat, red fife, cran-walnut, multigrain seed, sunflower seed, rosemary potato, rye caraway and cheese bread.
European style pastries include croissants, cheese croissants, pain au chocolat, almondines, tarts, challah and brioche braids.
All our products are made from scratch using natural ingredients.
